Our flagship league is proudly based in Austin, Texas, where the vibes are high and the games are competitive (but not too competitive).
For now, Austin is our only active league, but we’re expanding soon — and Bars and Rec might be coming to a city near you.

Easy - just hit that “Register” button, choose your league, and lock in your spot. You can join solo, with a partner, or bring your full crew.

Life happens! If you cancel within 12 hours of game time or don’t show up, we charge a $10 no-show fee to cover the chaos you left behind. (We still love you, though.)

Yes! If you have a friend who wants to sub in for the night, just make sure:

• You let us know ahead of time

• They pay the $20 sub fee (Venmo or link provided)

• They’re fun. That’s non-negotiable.

Yes! Have them register ASAP — spots fill fast. If they’re not ready for the full league, they can try it out as a one-time sub (see above 👆).

We don’t offer refunds once the league kicks off, since we reserve your spot, team, and glorious game night chaos in advance. You can send someone in your place for the rest of the season if needed - just keep us in the loop.

Not at all. Drinks are available, never expected. Whether you're sipping cocktails, mocktails, or just here for the games, we welcome all vibes.
We do encourage everyone to drink responsibly and know their limits -fun first, always.

Yes! All Bars and Rec leagues are co-ed and built to be inclusive, social, and easygoing — zero intense try-hard vibes (unless it’s for laughs). We’ll also be rolling out girls-only and guys-only leagues in the future, so stay tuned!

Right now, leagues are held Tueday nights — each week, same time, same spot. More nights may be added based on interest!

We keep teams locked in for fairness and vibes, but if there's a real issue or emergency, reach out and we’ll try to help.
